My son joined the club in 2005 and it wasn't long until the Woodkirk Valley bug bit me. After a season watching from the sidelines as a parent I was asked by the then manager Dave Taylor to become involved in coaching the team. I complete my Level 1 badge in March 2009 and have recently taken over the Management of the team. Myself and the coaches of the U9's encourage the team to go out and play the game in the correct way, encourage them to express themselves, get the ball down on the ground and play and above all enjoy themselves. The team has made major strides over the last few seasons and last year won 4 football Galas.
