Woodkirk Valley FC Girls section took part in the Football Association Girls Football. In 2016 over 130,000 girls took part in sessions delivered in schools, universities, colleges, clubs, community groups and other organisations across the country. Bonfire and Firework Extravaganza

Another fantastic firework and bonfire event was held on Saturday 4th November 2017.  Families from all over the community gathered at The Den as once again Woodkirk Valley hosted one of the  largest Firework displays and Bonfire. First Aid Provision Success

Woodkirk Valley recently were awarded over £300 from NHS Shared Services and Craig Pace, Union Industries to fully restock our first aid room with supplies a stretcher and other medial equipment for game and club events.  Alongside this equipment the club have been awarded a defibrillator. The FA has joined up with the British Heart Foundation to call on grassroots and amateur clubs  in England to help save more lives…

Men progress in cup following local derby win

A pleasing result for Woodkirk against a team in the West Yorks Div 2. Woodkirk were leading 2-1 with seconds to go but Tingley inconveniently drew level. The penalty shoot out belonged to Woodkirk who had played well . Goals for Woodkirk from Lee Robinson and James Tesseyman.
